About Casey
In case you missed it, my name is Cassandra Bright, but my friends and colleagues all call me Casey — you can too.
My value proposition: Equal parts marketing strategist and get-shit-done tactician, I'm a hands-on leader who excels within fast-paced, growth environments by focusing on teamwork, collaboration (especially with Sales and Product teams), results and transparency.
My professional bio: Over my 16+ year career, I've led marketing strategy, budgeting, and projections for high-growth startups (Passport and Flock Freight) and Fortune 500 companies (USG and John Deere); managed 10-20 person marketing and inbound sales teams; collaborated with Sales and IT on operational projects including CRM updates and scoring; helped execute AdWeek featured branding campaigns; developed high ROAS (return on ad spend) campaigns; managed Webby award-winning website builds; built cross-channel editorial plans (Coyote Logistics); created 100K-follower social media strategies (QuickChek); and successfully integrated tactics across: web, events, content marketing, print, radio, PR, television, out-of-home, paid and organic social, SEO, SEM, and digital and mobile display.
My personal bio: Born and raised in New Jersey (a beautiful state that I'm happy to debate and defend the merits of), I gained an appreciation for all things outdoors by hiking the Appalachian trail, kayaking and tubing, and you guessed it... going down to the Jersey Shore! I always knew I wanted to travel overseas and got my first chance to during college with an incredible semester spent living in Tuscany.
A country girl by birth but a city girl at heart, I've lived in the New York City, Chicago and (currently) San Diego metro markets.
When I'm not working you can find me traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, reading, writing, relaxing at the beach, dining (I'm a true foodie!) and taking my four-legged best friend, Siena, to the dog park.
